A new Saga begins

The weekend I had was rather eventful.

Firstly, I finally picked up my new car from PJ after waiting anxiously for over a month. ;)

Secondly, I attended a cousin's 21st birthday dinner and also voluntarily became a video camera woman for another cousin for the sake of his chinese orchestra performance at One Utama. Payout was 20bucks for the freelance recording job although I expected to receive more. Since Florence came along, we decided to spend it all on an ice blended mocha from Coffeebean.

What else have I been up to lately?

I'm currently working on an internal audit project with my colleague, Melissa who by the way happens to be my junior schoolmate from high school. The fact that I felt unfamiliar with the processes and fundamental jargons/terms used in the company made it tough for me to cope with my job. But everything's going fine now.

Other than that, I have been actively keeping tab on my expenses eversince I started working. There seems to be too many outflow of $. Nonetheless, looking at my saving rate I aim to put aside a sufficient amount of money for my future trip. To Haikou especially. Heh. Let's just see how far this determination will go. ;p

Urgh, tomorrow's work day again. I'm feeling the Monday blues already despite working for only a month.
